5 minute drive to the largest Gambling Casino Complex between Vegas and Atlantic City. 3 minutue drive to shopping mall/ grocery stores/restuarants. Fishing, hunting, site seeing, swamp tours, golf. Louisiana is definitely a Sportsman Paradise. Crabbing, shrimping, Tabasco factory and some of the friendliest and unique people you'll ever meet.
Other Details to Note
Waterslide, Salt water pool, pool loungers, hot-tub, direct TV with big screen TV throughout. Great internet/wi-fi, pool table, poker table, plenty of room to get away from your guests. Neighbors appreciate and expect guests keeping outside pool activities noise levels near normal!

Great neighborhood. No issues, we built this place over 65 yrs ago. The neighbors help look after this place as we reside in Canada. Your basic U.S. neighborhood, the best part is it is literally bullseye middle of Lake Charles. So convenient to everything.
Guest Access
Virtually all the facility is accessible to guests. Twice as much fun as the casino hotels. Direct TV, flat screens throughout.
